Johan Liedgren – Moderator
Johan Liedgren is a writer, director and brand consultant who over the last 15 years have worked with film, TV, commercials, and several of the biggest brands in the world. Exploring the intersection of story-telling, marketing, technology and new media, Mr. Liedgren has been a frequent speaker and contributor to the discussion about the future of story-telling and alternative models for commercial participation.
Agent – ICM Partners
Mr. Trinh is a Motion Picture Agent at ICM Partners (ICM), one of the world’s largest talent and literary agencies. He worked his way up from the mailroom as an Agent Trainee, and today, on top of being on teams for clients, he works in ICM’s International and Independent Film division helping to package creative and financial elements as well as negotiating film distribution deals.
Interactive Content Manager, Digital Ventures – Starbucks
David Brewster works on the Digital Ventures team at Starbucks, in the role of interactive content manager. He helped create and currently manages the Starbucks Digital Network, a proprietary website available to Starbucks customers when connected to our free Wi-Fi service in select US stores. David has also worked at Starbucks in the Entertainment team, and at PlayNetwork in Redmond. He serves on two non-profit boards, and he and his wife own the Edmonds Bookshop in Edmonds, where he lives.
Writer/Director – YouTube Channel with Over 70 Million Views
Dom Fera is a 21-year-old writer, director, and actor from the suburbs of New Jersey. Currently running DFear Studios, a YouTube channel with over 200,000 subscribers and over 70 million collective video views, Dom has had his work seen all around the world. His previous short film, ‘The End,’ won an audience award and ‘Best Narrative Short’ at NFFTY 2012. (And his most recent short, ‘Ellie Heart’, closes NFFTY 2013 this Sunday night!) Dom is currently enrolled in his third year at New York University in the Tisch School of the Arts for Film and TV, with a focus in writing. Check out his stuff at youtube.com/dfearstudios.
