Join Filmmakers, corporate brand leaders and digital distribution experts to discuss the current landscape of digital filmmaking. Learn how you can harness the power of the web to promote yourself, make connections and ultimately create revenue from filmmaking in the digital world.


Johan Liedgren – Moderator

Johan Liedgren is a writer, director and brand consultant who over the last 15 years have worked with film, TV, commercials, and several of the biggest brands in the world. Exploring the intersection of story-telling, marketing, technology and new media, Mr. Liedgren has been a frequent speaker and contributor to the discussion about the future of story-telling and alternative models for commercial participation.


Peter Trinh

Agent – ICM Partners
Mr. Trinh is a Motion Picture Agent at ICM Partners (ICM), one of the world’s largest talent and literary agencies. He worked his way up from the mailroom as an Agent Trainee, and today, on top of being on teams for clients, he works in ICM’s International and Independent Film division helping to package creative and financial elements as well as negotiating film distribution deals.


Vic Walia

Senior Director, Brand Marketing – Expedia

Vic Walia is a successful, seasoned, passionate brand marketer who has had a career in Consumer Brand Marketing with a wide range of experiences. Over the past 15+ years, Vic has worked in the CPG industry running world-famous consumer package goods brands (such as Snickers Chocolate Bars and Special K Cereals), as well as in the online ecommerce industry leading the Global Brand Marketing initiatives at Currently, Vic is senior director of Brand Marketing at where he has successfully launched the FIND YOURS advertising campaign. As a brand marketing evangelist, Vic has led many consumer note-worthy initiatives, including repositioning global brands, developing world-class, award-winning advertising.


David Brewster

Interactive Content Manager, Digital Ventures – Starbucks

David Brewster works on the Digital Ventures team at Starbucks, in the role of interactive content manager. He helped create and currently manages the Starbucks Digital Network, a proprietary website available to Starbucks customers when connected to our free Wi-Fi service in select US stores. David has also worked at Starbucks in the Entertainment team, and at PlayNetwork in Redmond. He serves on two non-profit boards, and he and his wife own the Edmonds Bookshop in Edmonds, where he lives.


Dom Fera

Writer/Director – YouTube Channel with Over 70 Million Views

Dom Fera is a 21-year-old writer, director, and actor from the suburbs of New Jersey. Currently running DFear Studios, a YouTube channel with over 200,000 subscribers and over 70 million collective video views, Dom has had his work seen all around the world. His previous short film, ‘The End,’ won an audience award and ‘Best Narrative Short’ at NFFTY 2012. (And his most recent short, ‘Ellie Heart’, closes NFFTY 2013 this Sunday night!) Dom is currently enrolled in his third year at New York University in the Tisch School of the Arts for Film and TV, with a focus in writing. Check out his stuff at
