Director/Writer/Editor – Richard Stephenson

Amicus follows Jennifer, an average twenty something who is stuck in a dead end job, delivering meals on wheels for “Dickinson’s Farm Foods”. The job was only meant to be temporary but has become quite the opposite. Most of the customers are far from friendly, except Victor who, after losing his wife sometime ago, is just looking for someone to talk to and keep him company. Amicus presents these two individuals sharing their friendship and affection for each other, and shows how an average day can be life changing.

Starring Clementine Conlon-Spears as Jennifer and Len Dobson as Victor. Amicus was shot on location in Stoke-On-Trent over two days in early December 2010. Amicus is the first drama written and directed by Richard Stephenson.

Filmed on: Canon 550D & Sony EX3

Just a note “Amicus” is latin for friend, hence the title.
