NFFTY Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how NFFTY uses personal information when you register for our e-news, submit a film or otherwise provide us your personal data.

What We Collect
In order to send out NFFTY enews and other specialized email announcements, we request your first and last name and email address.

Statistical Data
NFFTY relies on grants and sponsorship support for a portion of the funding for its programs. In order to obtain funding from these sources, we need to be able to provide statistical data for festival attendance, website visitation, audience demographics to justify support.  We always collect this information anonymously from surveys and analytic services, and we do not reference specific users of our website or programs when providing data to entities outside our organization.

Third Party Communication
NFFTY does not sell or rent your personal information to any organization.  The NFFTY has links to other websites and uses third party providers for services such as on-line submissions and ticketing.  NFFTY is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites. Opting Out
To opt-out of NFFTY emails or other communication, please follow the links at the bottom of your next email, or send an email to info@nffty.org with the word "remove" in the subject line.
